The spacious and bright bedrooms each have a balcony and share breakfast/sitting rooms with TV. Bathrooms are shared although private facilities may be arranged for a small charge.
Ample on street parking is available in Via Capri.

No charge for Children under 3 years old, sharing a room with their parents. A cot may be available.  Children between 3 and 12 years old are charged 25% of the room rate per night when sharing the parents’ room.

Il Fico d'India is about 500 m from the nearest beach and just a few minutes from the port, marina and train station.  Arbatax airport is about 10 minutes by taxi.
Nearby you can find:  supermarkets, a bank, post office, bars and restaurants. A travel agency, an internet point and other shops & amenities are nearby.
Tortoli is about 10 minutes away by car and offers excellent shopping, a weekly market and a tourist medical centre.
We are surrounded by miles of unspoilt beaches which are perfect for sunbathing or swimming. If you need some adventure you can try windsurfing, hire a boat, go sea fishing or take a cruise along the coast.

The surrounding hills and  mountains with their beautiful scenery, rich history and varied wildlife offer many interesting alternatives to a day on the beach. Please do not hesitate to ask for our recommendations for what to do and see.
